Welcome to MassHousing's Rental Portal. If you are an employee or authorized representative of an organization served by the MassHousing Rental Team, you may request an account here.
To request an account:
  1. Enter your email, name, and phone
  2. Select your organization from the list
  3. Click "Submit"
  4. Check your email for a message from no-reply@masshousing.com
  5. Verify your email address by following the link in the message
  6. Once your email address has been verified, the selected organization will be notified of your request.
Note: Your email address will also be your Rental Portal user name.
